Last Tuesday, 12th September 2023, Brigadier General Ignacio Ojeda González-Posada, Chief of the Anti-aircraft Artillery Command, visited the TLP together with the chief colonels of his regiments and other members of the anti-aircraft artillery team.
Upon their arrival at TLP headquarters, they were welcomed by TLP Commandant, Colonel Luis Alberto Martínez Ruiz and Air Base Chief Colonel Ignacio Zulueta Martín, together with a commission appointed for this purpose composed of Lieutenant Colonel Sellán, head of TLP operations, and First Sergeant Álvarez, from the TLP intelligence branch.
At the beginning of their visit, the TLP Commandant gave them a presentation on the Tactical Leadership Programme, in which he explained the current status of the programme and the challenges for the future. Then, they had the opportunity to discuss the mutual support of their units and, finally, to see a demonstration of the TLP flight simulator, MACE.
To conclude the visit, General Ojeda together with the rest of the attendees visited the TLP hangar, where they were able to witness the static display of a Eurofighter aircraft.
