Last Tuesday, 29th November 2022, Lieutenant General Günter Katz, Commanding General of the German Air Force “Forces Command”, visited Tactical Leadership Programme (TLP), located at Los Llanos Air Base, to learn about the activities of the programme during the last flying course of the year.
During his visit, TLP Commandant, Colonel Luis Alberto Martínez Ruiz, briefed him on the current situation and ambitions of the programme.
In addition, LtGen Katz was able to witness some activities, such as the planning, take-offs and the execution of the day’s mission.
Finally, after greeting the circa 300 representatives of the German detachment, he had the opportunity to see a demonstration of the MACE flight simulator, showing great interest in the capabilities that it offers.
