EMERGENCY MILITARY UNIT LOCATED AT TLP

Due to the climatology situation caused by the storm Filomena, which last week affected a large part of the Iberian Peninsula and more specifically Castilla la Mancha, Madrid and Aragon, the competent authorities requested the intervention of the Military Emergency Unit (UME).

For this reason, on January 6, and until January 9, nearly 90 operatives from the UME were located at TLP’s facilities in order to support the civil works against the snowstorm, opening roads and accesses and providing supplies and transport in the most compromised cases.
