Last Wednesday, 30th November 2022, British Embassy Madrid Defence Attaché, Captain (RN) Stephen McGlory, OF5, visited the TLP Flying Course 22-4 to better understand TLP activities, how they contribute to British Defences training objectives and how UK military personnel contribute to the programme’s delivery.
During his visit, Captain Stephen McGlory received an overview of the course construct from the TLP Commandant, Luis Alberto Martínez Ruiz. Then, he could witness a mission planning and a live mission execution. Finally, a demonstration of the Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) simulator was also delivered to him.
To conclude his visit, he had the opportunity to meet the RAF personnel assigned to TLP and discuss matters of the moment and other UK TLP business.
